What I Offer
Piano Lessons
Currently not accepting new students
As a teacher, my main objective is to cultivate the skills and knowledge that students need to grow as pianists. I believe that learning to play an instrument should be an enjoyable activity, and I encourage my students to express their individual personalities during the music making process. In doing so, I hope to effectively pass on my musical training and foster a lifelong passion for music in my students.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, and no matter your age, lessons are tailored to your individual goals and strengths, while providing constructive guidance for improvement. In my lessons, you will have the chance to work on different aspects of the music making process that I feel are important for every pianist to master. This includes theory, sight-reading, rhythm, technique, and varied repertoire.
Additionally, you will have the option to perform in Austin District Music Teacher’s Association festivals as well as fall and spring recitals. While not required, these performance opportunities offer a valuable chance to show off what you have learned through your hard work!
If you are interested in taking piano lessons please do not hesitate to contact me.
